Hoe werkt een persluchtfilter?
Persluchtsystemen hebben schone lucht nodig om goed te kunnen functioneren en om lucht te leveren aan toepassingen die de machines niet beschadigen. Goed werkende luchtfilters bestaan uit voorfilter en nafilters:
Voorfilters: deze filters vangen en filteren de natte, vuile lucht die de luchtdroger binnenkomt.
Nafilter: Deze filters filteren vervolgens de lucht van de droger wanneer deze uit de droger komt
Deeltjesfilters vangen vuil, olie en andere grove verontreinigingen op. De lucht komt dan in het coalescentiefilter, dat fijne onzuiverheden zoals water- of olie-aerosolen verwijdert. Nadat de lucht de droger verlaat, gaat deze door een ander roetfilter om ervoor te zorgen dat de lucht helemaal schoon is.
YF- serie luchtfilter wordt aanbevolen voor de industrieën in automatisering, cosmetica, blaasvormen, spuiten enz.
